The way of shipping are used Amazon delivery service (FBA). Fast, and Reassuring. The following is the Amazon Prime shipping policy:
To qualify for Prime FREE Same-Day Delivery Prime members can:
Place orders before the Same-Day Delivery order cutoff time. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable during that time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. We'll include your confirmed delivery date in your order confirmation email.
Select Same-Day at checkout and shipping to a residential address within an eligible ZIP Code.
To find items and place orders with FREE Same-Day Delivery:

Set or update your default shipping address in Your Addresses. This address must be residential and within an eligible ZIP Code for Prime FREE Same-Day delivery.
Add at least $35 of Same-Day-eligible products to your Shopping Cart. We'll show the shipping discount and delivery time in your Order Summary.
Note: Same-Day Delivery is available seven days a week most days of the year, with limited availability on certain holidays and high-volume shopping days, including Black Friday and Prime Day. Same-Day delivery isn't available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
Only residential addresses are eligible for Same-Day Delivery. Commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses aren't eligible.

Return & Refund
Sung7 purchase route is Amazon, so the after-sales service system follows the Amazon return terms, with a return period of 30 days. After exceeding the Amazon after-sales period, we extend the return service time to 60 days.

To fully protect your rights and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following details regarding conditional return & refund service.

Returns
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service (sung7@sung7.net) to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Notes:

• Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.
• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
• If the return is due to our reasons (damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
• No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-8 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Cancellation
All customers will receive order status updates via email. Cancellation is only allowed before you receive our shipping notification. Once the item has been shipped out, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
